Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Each product is handcrafted with care, so please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method
We currently offer shipping within the United States only via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location. All orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
No Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including both opened and unopened products. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken and or incorrect, please contact us at azarabeautyteam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your full name, order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item/items. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
